Yesenia has a B.A. degree in Business Administration emphasizing in Management & Human Resources and attended the University of La Verne for 1 ½ years towards her Master’s degree in Leadership & Management. She has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field, with 6 of them as a Consultant and is fluent in Spanish which has allowed her to do her job effectively with all levels of employees. She has worked for both profit and non-profit companies, in manufacturing and service industries.
Some of her accomplishments have been to reduce workers compensation and unemployment claims cost for employers. She has managed to increase employee morale causing a 33 year old union to walk away from representing employees. She has developed and implemented several procedures/processes in English and Spanish that have assisted in programs running smoothly. Yesenia is an achiever with a passion for excellence and is a top performer for whatever company she represents.

I have had the opportunity to work with Yesenia Flores through her Human Resources Consulting business for the past four years.
Yesenia is very knowledgeable of policy and procedures, new laws and changes in the laws that affect employers and their staff. I know that Yesenia takes her position as a Human Resource Consultant seriously. She continues her education by attending seminars to provide you and your company with the most up to date information. Yesenia in turn educates you on the procedure and the outcome of what you are trying to accomplish. It is reassuring when Yesenia also comes out in person to meet with you and your staff.
Yesenia attends staff meetings to train staff of company policy and procedure, review safety regulations, such as proper lifting, carrying and bending. She is also bilingual and biliterate being able to communicate with staff in the Spanish language.
